Psyche Coaching is a wellbeing coaching service, founded in 2021 by Sian Potter
Our mission statement is to help clients find the next step in their wellness journey, in a way that best fits them and their lifestyle.
I’m a psychologist, having completed my BSc in Psychology at City University London.
I’m passionate about wellness and cultivating compassionate lifestyles that allow the decisions you make to come from a place of wisdom and love, both for yourself and the people around you.
Life coaching is a process where a coach works with a client to achieve a specific goal, whether that be improving a particular skill or achieving some form of clarity
Coaching encourages you to build a clearer future, by building up the right tools in the present.

How it works
Once we have agreed an appointment time, you will be sent an invite link to a Google Meet via email or Fiverr DM
Simply click on the link when it is time for your appointment, and I will let you into the meet room for a video chat
You do not need to show your face for the session if you are not comfortable doing so, but I will need to hear you
Once the session starts, we can begin discussing your needs and thus, formulate your action plan
